Check the format listThe Features page lists which formats open and which formats save. Audiolar saves WAV and MP3 only, so a request for M4A, M4R, FLAC or OGG export is a known limit.
Try another browserWhich files open depends on what your browser can decode. Support for formats such as OGG, OPUS and FLAC differs between browsers.
What to include in a bug report
The toolName the tool, for example the cutter or noise reduction, and the setting you used.
Browser and deviceSay which browser and version you use, and whether it was a phone, tablet or computer.
The fileGive the format, the length and roughly the size of the file. Do not attach or paste the recording.
